Shipping and Handling:
Standard shipping and handling charges are included in price when you order at least a carton. (For smaller order, shipping/freight charges DO apply.)
We will deliver on our trucks anywhere in the state of Missouri. Smaller orders or orders from outside Missouri ship FedEx Ground or LTL carrier. Overnight shipment or special handling is extra.
Guarantee and Returns:
All product is 100% guaranteed. Any claims must be supported by samples of the problem & run numbers from the carton/ream. Any returns that are not supported by samples & run numbers will be accepted with the customer paying return freight and a 20% re-stocking fee.
